CostPerform receives data from you in the following situations:

What data do we collect?

Our website contains contact forms. By submitting these forms, the following data is collected from you:

  • First name and Surname. We collect this information to address you when we contact you.
  • Email address. We collect this information to be able to contact you by email.
  • Phone number (Optional). We collect this information to be able to contact you by phone.
  • Company name. We collect this information to know what business you are in.
  • CV/Resume. If you apply for a job, you have the option to upload a CV/Resume

Our website collects technical information to create logs on how the website is used. To facilitate that purpose, the following data is collected from you:

  • IP address
  • The browser you use
  • Access time
  • Page viewed

Job applications

If you apply for a job at CostPerform via our website, you have the option of adding your CV/resume.
We treat this job application information confidential. This form and the attachments will be stored
in our CRM system at Hubspot. From there, it is sent directly to our HR mailbox

How will we use your data?

CostPerform collects your data so that we can:

  • Send you an email or call you because you submitted the contact form;
  • Send you an email or call you because you request a demo, a brochure, or some other material offered on the Website;
  • Subscribe you to the newsletter if you chose to receive the newsletter;
  • Consider you as a job applicant and contact you via phone and/or email if you applied for a job.

CostPerform may disclose your Personal Data when it is necessary to:

  • To comply with a legal obligation;
  • To protect against legal liability.

Your data is processed by a third party (Data Processors) who helps us provide our Service. 

  • HubSpot: Our contact forms and e-mail subscription service is facilitated by HubSpot. When processing contact requests, your Firstname, Surname, Email Address, Phone Number and Company Name will be added to our HubSPot database to be used when we need to contact you either via email or phone. Users will also be added to our newsletter email lists if they explicitly give consent while filling out a contact form. Please see HubSpot’s Privacy Policy ( for more details.

How long do we store your data?

CostPerform will keep your submitted data (job applications excluded) for as long as it is required for the purposes described above. CostPerform will delete your data when it is no longer required for these purposes.

Job applications are deleted from the HR mailbox within 4 weeks after the applicant is rejected. If there is a partial match, HR can ask permission from the applicant to store the information for one additional year. If the applicant gives this permission, the information is stored for one year thereafter. After this year has passed, HR will ask permission again. If this permission is denied, the job application information will be deleted.


If you have subscribed to our newsletter using the checkbox on the contact form, CostPerform will send you newsletters on a regular, reasonable interval about CostPerform and our services. You can always opt out. An unsubscribe link is available at the bottom of each newsletter.

Automated decisions

Our Service does not make decisions based on automated processing, including profiling.
