Become a Cloud Engineer at CostPerform
As a Cloud Developer at CostPerform, you are responsible for making our SaaS offering cloud native. This involves designing the architecture of both the software and the cloud components necessary to support it. Once the architecture is in place, you will be responsible for implementing both the software and cloud components, as well as establishing processes for deployment and testing in the cloud. You will collaborate closely with the lead developers for the software architecture and our Cloud Service Provider.
Currently, we have a single code base that serves both our on-premise and SaaS customers. Your role will be to ensure that we become fully cloud native and can eventually discontinue on-premise service.
In summary, you will be responsible for:
- Designing the cloud architecture of the software, starting with AWS
- Implementing software and cloud components
- Contributing ideas, designing, and implementing new functionalities
- Collaborating with the product owner on new features

So, what are we looking for?
- A few years of experience as a Cloud Developer
- A background in full stack or backend development with some Java experience
- HBO-WO background or relevant work experience
- A ‘tech-savvy’ mindset
- Experience in the financial sector is a plus
- Availability of 24, 32 or 40 hours a week working hybrid at our HQ in Utrecht/Vianen
- Fluency in Dutch and English
